We've been talking about faithfulness, which has at its heart conviction. But how can we build conviction that will push us forward when we don't feel like moving forward? This class breaks it down and provides a biblical example to help you move ahead.

While we can speak generally about what our purpose is (glorifying God and living like Jesus) those statements leave little instruction about the decisions we make daily. Those decisions tend to focus only on avoiding evil. While that's important, it does not help us choose between good options, especially in choosing what we do with our lives. The Scriptures give us several ways to find meaning for our day-to-day lives.     

If we are improving in our skills of offering love and support to others, we will eventually come to a point where we must make difficult decisions. Because of our limitations, we will need to decide who to work with and train. That means some people will inevitably (and unfortunately) be left out. But how could we make such decisions? This class seeks to clarify principles to help.

We're not talking about superheroes or setting impossible goals. This class will help you see how you can make practical life-goals and then use those goals to grow spiritually stronger. 

The threat of persecution is well documented throughout history. Jesus warned His followers about it. So, we need to be ready. But we also should consider some of the major problems we must overcome in trying to make disciples. This lesson will overview some of the most common dangers and problems.

Faithfulness builds on self-control and meekness by introducing the concepts of personal integrity and conviction. In fact, the way faithfulness grows is directly proportional to how well we maintain that conviction. Maintaining conviction is impossible without the idea of focus, so join our class as we discuss how to maintain focus in faithfulness.
