The Sabbath laws pertained to the old law of Moses. During Jesus' time on earth, He lived under the old law, while living to create a New Law. The Pharisees had added their own amendments to the law of Moses, going above God's design. In this class, we see how Jesus navigated all this.

We often are tempted to try to measure our success as Christians with measurable progress. True faith in God comes when we realize trust and faith comes not from external measures, by knowing God keeps His promises to His faithful ones.
