The Bible is divided between the two major covenants: The Old Testament and the New Testament. This divide is vital to understanding the Bible's message about how we live today. There is a lot of confusion in the religious world about this, so this lesson shows the distinctions between the two.

Faithfulness and perfection are sometimes thought to be synonyms, but in reality they are very different ideas. No one can be perfect, but we can all be faithful and that faithfulness can increase more and more throughout life. This class defines faithfulness in a way that is realistic and true to the biblical teachings about it.

In Matthew 26:73, while Peter was denying he knew Jesus, the people figured out he knew Jesus because of Peter's accent. In Acts 4:13 the Sanhedrin knew that Peter and John had been with Jesus because of the way they spoke with boldness. The way we speak can be called an accent.
